Measuring in inches place the tape measure around the rib cage immediately under the bust. The tape should be held quite tightly but should not feel uncomfortable. .
Again using inches, measure around the bust at the fullest part ensuring that the tape is level at the front and back. The tape should be held firmly.
Now minus the figures and if the difference is 1 inch then your an A cup and 2 inches B cup and so on. ie: 38 under the bust and 42 around the fullest part of the bust is a difference of 4 inches therefore your a 38 ( under the bust ) D cup. Only a rough guide should really get measured by a proffesional esp if your pregnant.
