Intresting question indeed. You kno i do think that at any other time of the year partners can aviod eachother and the problems in thier marridge,at christmas time there is no escape so to speak hen all the family are together..this causes gives rise to resentments etc..get my drift?..there are a thousand reasons for a break up,but all i am saying is there must of been a prbolem before christmas.
I myself have problems, but it is longstsnading as i,ve had apartner ho drinks andstill does..and abuses me verbaly.

Its sad when you base your happiness on material greed. Thats what Christmas has turned into. What happened to "tis better to give than to recieve"? Yet one more reason not to celebrate Christmas.

And No, I am not about to file for divorce because I didnt get a plasma TV for Christmas. Thats absolutely Pathetic.

It's another bit of non-news.

The Courts are closed for half of December. When they reopen after Christmas, there's a queue. So of course more divorces are files in January than in December.

So what's the next hot news, an item of the Pope's religion or the lavatorial habits of forest bears?

Not me - I was sensible enough to make the right decision in the first place and married for life.

However, the turkey was little dry this year.

i believe that it is to easy to get married and it is way to easy to get divorced....i really don't know why some ppl get married at all (for example brittney spears and such) if you are going to get married take it seriously or don't bother....ppl stay with abusive or cheating spouses but will divorve over not getting the right gift.....how pathetic
