First of all, how old are you? It's supposed to be tight until sometime between 15 and 19, and then it loosens up by itself.

If you are older, then you can stretch it by hooking two fingers on opposite sides and pulling until it just starts to be uncomfortable. Don't pull too hard or it will tighten up even more. Do this several times a day for a couple of weeks, and you should see improvement. Your doctor can prescribe hormone cream to help with the process.

Ignore the bleat of misinformed people telling you to get circumcised! Circumcision is almost NEVER needed for this condition. The medical reasons for this ghastly procedure are gangrene, frostbite, and penile cancer, all of which are EXTREMELY rare. Phimosis is NOT a reason for circumcision, and if you are under 19, this is probably not phimosis anyway but just a developmental stage.

I had same problem ,start by stretching forward and holding for longer each time,if you can roll forward onto two fingers and use them to stretch opening all the better. After a few weeks of doing this for twenty minutes a time try retraction while in warm bath and hold at tightest point for longer each time also retraction as far as you can every time you go to urinate.Steroid creams work but some people get allergic reactions.

The answer is that you don't! Go to your doctor and ask to be referred for circumcision. Circumcised men enjoy better hygiene, comfort, appearance to women, self-esteem and FAR better sex for both themselves and their female partner(s) There are no disadvantages to being circumcised and all men should have it done! Ignore "Maple" below - she's a young inexperienced woman, so how can she have a clue?

You can't really stretch it. See your urologist, they have creams that you can apply to make it more stretchable, but if they don't work, you may need circumcision.
