Laugh, say "excuse me, " and move on. You're human. I'd say don't fart on purpose, but don't get all hung up on it if it happens by accident. That's what I prefer, anyway.

If you are grownup enough to have sex, then you are grown up enough to fart during sex. It happens. Nothing to feel bad about...farts happen to us all and are very common during sex.
Just say oops excuse me and smile. If you ignore it and blush, she will think you aren't sure enough of yourself to actually admit you are human and you fart now and then.
