Uh...Are you referring to may be Mid Life Crisis that a lot of men in their late 30's or mid 40's go through. I really believe it's a bogus attempt at addressing the real issues ranging from impotency, low labido, depression, sexual addiction, etc...I know there are some authors that are calling this period the "male menopause," but again I really believe this is a stretch at disguising what men are really going through. You may find that talking to a therapist would be the very best approach to talking about any of listed problems I have mentioned. My opinion though remains with scientific fact that women only go through menopause. Men remain fertile until they die, and women do not reamain fertile forever so while they go through extreme hormonal changes, our hormonal changes are not common.

Guys don't go through menopause. Menopause happens when a woman makes the change from being able to conceive babies, to no longer being able to. Men can never get pregnant, just in case you did not know.

It's called andropause, and most symptoms are mild enough that you can't really figure them out. To my knowledge, andropause can be diagnosed only on 25% of aging male population over 60.

As a man gets older, his testosterone levels sometimes fall to a point where the deficiency may result in decreased sexual performance, weight gain, irritability etc. Treatment can be by testosterone replacement therapy, but I don't recommend this unless you are having regular prostate and psa checks because testosterone can be a factor in the development of prostate cancer. I'm 62 and take regular tribulus terrestris capsules to maintain testerone at optimum levels naturally. It works for me and I feel fine in all respects - good as ever!

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/Zwl1J

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.
