Absolutely. Living beings on other planets...it's is statistically very very possible.
But there's a catch...
They're too far away from us, and we're too far away from them. We will NEVER meet.
Even if we could travel at the speed of light (which einstein said was physically impossible) it would still take 70 million years to reach the closest system that 'could' have life on it. It simply won't happen.
And as for americans (and any other people) and thier 'encounters' we have to dispell thier stories as mass hysteria or delusions. There has never been any scientific proof for aliens, and so we can dismiss the idea of them ever visiting earth in the past, present or future.

And no, Americans aren't the only ones who see things that might be aliens.
I live in Europe, and have heard several people saying they have seen what they believe are aliens.

I do, i also believe there are greys(type of alien) that abduct people for experiments, and that there is a hostil race of aliens interfering with us and trying to take over earth, not physically, but through our government and political system. These are the reptilians(type of alien)(some from space, others from within our own earth.)

If you mean the kind that are supposedly out there, watching us, etc. etc. ? nope
I do believe in the possibility that there might be intelligent alien life somewhere so incredibly far away that neither us nor them would be able to contact the other.

There are sightings all over the world, not only that but NASA has footage of stuff on their cameras. Its not just americans.

My mother told me her story and I will share it with you:
1946 Germany/odenwald, she was in her bed and awoke to see litte gray beings around her. She could hear them in her head and she thought what are they doing, at that moment one of them looked at her and said she is awake and touched her head, she fell back to sleep.
So they are seen by other nations.
