How can I be assisted to get a free laptop machine?

I am taking up studies and need a lap-top machine for ease of my studies yet I have gone beyond my budget and still need to pay off my outstanding fee? I need help urgently! Help!

laptop machine? ok. save your money, or take a loan out. buy a used one from the ads.
