My fiance and have started trying to have a baby. Last night we tried again. This morning I had a good feeling that maybe it worked but I started my period today. Is there is chance that I still could have conceived a child.

Sometimes women bleed (spot) a couple weeks after conceiving but never the day after. So I'm sure your not pregnant. But if you tryed 5-9 days after your last period was over then your bleeding could be spotting from being pregnant. The best thing to do is get a pregnancy test.

yes there is still a chance they say that u ovulate 14 days before ur next period but that is not nessicarly true u can ovulate at any time every woman is different if i was u i would wait it out for another month and see what happens from there and if u miss ur period u should take a pregnancy test and then go see a doctor good luck to u both my husband are also trying and not having any luck

all depends on this cycle I would monitor is as far as heavy or light flow and if it lasts the usual time. If your not pregnant go to
www.babycenter.com and click on preconception and go to ovulation calculator and read their tip on trying to conceive. I used it with all 4 of my babies and I was pregnant within 2 months of trying. The site will also give you all your fertile days for 6 months or a 1 year if you have a regular cycle. Good Luck!
