Only an admin can change an admin account password. I'm afraid that you'll have to wait until someone forgets to log off. There's some sort of complicated rigamarole that you can do if you hit the right button in the boot sequence, but I know neither which button or what rigamarole. It might say something on annoyances.org.
A possible back door is to create a new user. New users are automatically admins and must be demoted by hand.
