Legally - no. Biologically - yes. Emotionally - that's up to you. Psychologically - depends if you listen to the voices of morality inside your mind.
But why bother? Just have two lovers, and enjoy! But schedule them carefully and do let them know about each other from the start, so they are free to choose if that's what they want.

It is called polyandry, and it happens in some remote areas, where the men outnumber the women. And it may happen here, if we don't stop aborting females. It will happen in China, where they are doing that.
