www.weather.co.uk or www.weather.com -
Both take you to the website and it'll forcast you for anything upto 10 days or give you an hour by hour forcast. I think it is very good for finding out weather anywhere in the world, so whether on holiday or just wanting to know if it's going to rain at home on your garden.

In Australia, http://www.bom.gov.au/ or http://www.weatherzone.com.au/index.jsp
