first go to tools at the top right hand of your page.. then go to Internet options... then go to browsing history... hit the delete key and delete all at the bottom... then go and install a program called spy-bot search and destroy... i have given you the link below for that and make sure you update it and once it has updated go and do a scan... then clean out anything the scan comes back with... then hit the immunise button to immunise your PC...

Some creep have hacked your computer and infected it with a virus. So to stop this you need to buy a software call wipe disc, you can buy this from Best Buy or comp USA, BUT before you run this program be SURE you have ALL the CD's that came with your computer when you bought it because this program will ERASE ALL thing that are on your hard drive. The reason you need to do this is because viruses will hide in back doors of the computer hard drive and not even Norton or Mcafee can fix them. So buy that program ($20) and save ALL your files you want an it is for sure you will not have that issue again as long as you don't have children downloading those so call free games or any other junk.

You're infected with Spyware. Download and install apps like Spybot and Ad-aware (there are free versions of both). They will scan your entire hard drive and remove what they can.

If the infections are bad, you are going to end up wasting a lot of time searching for a magical fix. You may just want to back up what's important and start over by formatting your drive and doing a clean install of Windows. Then in the future, you should use a program like Acronis TrueImage or Norton's Ghost to make frequent backups of your hard drive. That way, you can restore everything to a recent backup within minutes next time this happens.
