lol would have to say Blair because Bush would probably be too busy thinking about WMD's in Iran and planning the next invasion to throw a punch. Blair would have bored Bush to death before even slapping him.

Have you been to London? They are so much into status, clothing, image, where you dine, what you drink, I do not think they remember how to defense themselves anymore. Londoner beat around the bush too much.

Now that wouldn't make much of a poster would it. The two nutcase leaders of the alliance on terror fighting one another. I'd set them in a tag team match against the president of Iran and the leader of North korea. I'm sure that would make for a great fight.
