A good and solid proposal is one that is done personally. That the girl stays in a another city, is both good and bad. You can keep the fire of love burning by gently fanning it from a distance. Be connected and show your love in small ways. Then, go to her city or if she is going to visit your city, whichever happens first, use the opportunity. Proposing in person is the most romantic thing in the world. Looking on her pretty face, looking deep into her eyes, when you say I love you, she may find it difficult to refuse. Be patient. Thing will work out well.

You want to do something very unusual and different. Something that will just blow her mind and make her always remember that very special day. Maybe take her to the place you met or just do it in such a sweet way she can't forget it.

before you propose how are ya gonna work out the distance?i think you showed visit her and do it then.but no surprise visits unless you are sure she likes surprises.

go up to her, and say."so do you have any plans" and she would most likeley say for what tonight? and you say" no, for the rest of your life" and hand her the ring. BAM! instant hardon for the girl and happily ever after for you.
