Physiologically speaking, it is not possible unless you have taken a test or there are anatomical changes taking place that can ONLY be suggestive but not conclusive. One cannot know if she is getting pregnant during a sexual encounter or immediately after unless she goes for a clinical examination.

first may i suggest you take some english classes, sheesh. and two, if you have sex you can get pregnant. no one in the world knows they are becoming pregnant the moment it starts to happen. you have to wait a month to a month and a half after having unprotected sex and take a test. wow.
