12.1 SD-BF Basic Functions
12.1.1 SD-BF-EC Extra Charge
12.1.1.1 Extra Charge and Part Load Lift Orders in SAP ECC 5.00
Use
As of SAP ECC 5.00, Consumer Products (EA-CP 500) the functions Extra Charge and Part
Load Lift Orders are available.
Extra Charge
The Extra Charge function handles surcharges on prices in price determination. Using extra
charges, customers can make their payment obligations to the vendor/manufacturer. The function
puts extra charges directly on to each order and according to taxes.
Part Load Lift Orders
Part load lift orders are extra charges that are not delivered individually because, for example,
the order volume for an individual delivery is too low. When you save part load lift orders,
the system does not perform any subsequent processes. The system displays the part load lift
orders that exist for each sold-to party the next time an order is entered for this customer. You
select a part load lift order and the system transfers the data it contains to the new order.

For more information about Extra Charge and Part Load Lift Orders, see the SAP Library.
When using the function, see SAP Note 716971.
