Your mind's status depends on where it's pointed. I could be all three of those depending on the situation.

Open-minded means that you are open and ready for whatever comes your way; Narrow-minded means that you weigh your options between what's right and what's wrong; close-minded means shutting down what isn't right for her or those around her.
I am all of these because I stand up when I know what's right and what's wrong; I make my voice heard. I think I am and I believe these are what they are because I've been called out on all of the above about myself.

Open minded are those with no fixed ideas and views.... people without an identifiable personality.
Close minded are those with all fixed ideas and views... they have a fixed personality.
In reality, there is no totally open minded or close minded person.... everyone is either broad minded or narrow minded.
Narrow minded are those who are close minded to a lot of their ideas and views and broad minded are those who are close minded with respect to just a few of their ideas and views.
I believe I am a broad minded person. My mind is closed when it comes to a few beliefs and values.... otherwise logic can always win me over.
It is interesting to note that as old age or other frailties affect our body strength and power, we tend to become more open-minded towards a lot of things that we previously were close-minded about, even as we develop more and more fixed patterns of life.... the body gets narrow in its physical exploits but the mind gets more adventurous.

open minded i think is when a person has the ability to see certain situations,etc....at all ends. Usually the one who is more understanding.
narrow mindedness, is when an individual only understand as for as he/she knows, or they only see or understand what they perceive as right,wrong, truth.etc.......
closemindedness-is when an individual isnt open, or acceptive of......they only know what they know, and their way is the best way. To get deeper this person would be described as a person with tunnel vision. They see what's straight ahead, not whats on the outside,inside,or around.
Me..im more of an open mided individual for the most part...but depending on what the situations is...i can be narrow minded, " ie.....no means no". So i guess its fair to say, tht i can identify with all.
Open minded more than any though!!!:-)

Open-minded means that a person is willing to accept new ideas; close-minded means they are not willing to do so, and narrow-minded to me means that they're only willing to look at a limited range of ideas. I do my best to be open-minded, although I know that I don't always succeed; I hope that the fact that I KNOW I don't succeed will help me to be more open-minded.

An open mind like or takes notice of new ideas.Narrow minded people take notice only of some ideas that they like or that suit them.Close minded people don't like any new ideas.
I am an open minded person cause I always like to try something new and I'm always opened to suggestions

Open minded means you'll listen to any ideas or beliefs and are willing to learn.
Narrow minded means you will only listen to opposing views if they are close to your own.
Closed minded means you will not learn or listen to any other view/belief but your own.
I like to think of myself as open-minded. But I'm probably more narrow-minded.

open minded-the ability to leave several things open to possibility
narrow minded-one or limited possibilities
close minded-your way or the....no, no highway, just your way.
I would like to think of myself as open-minded, but that makes me narrow minded doesn't it, and all in all if thats what I think, then thats what it is, so I must be close minded, which just leaves me back to square one which means I must be all of them and none of them all at the same time.

Narrow minded is a mind who is receptive to a specific kind of ideas
close-minded is usually not receptive to most of new ideas
I am narrow minded

I'm open minded. I'd try anything as long it doesnt hurt me and I'm open to anyone's opinions and views of anything.
