Silver halides are the light sensitive component in classic photography. No other element has these properties.

It is also a catalyst for the dissociation of oxigenated water.

That will give you all the mechanical properties of silver. Although it is not used structurally so those numbers are pretty useless. There might be some electrical and magnetic properties, though....

It also has antibacterial properties- you can buy Ag treated band-aids and burn ointments containing silver sulfide.
