Yes, for a quick clean, a can of compressed air is going to be your best bet. If it's really filthy, break out the rubbing alcohol, etc. (see source link).
The brand of compressed air shouldn't matter; I've yet to see a brand that's unsuitable for computer use. If in doubt read the fine print on the can -- most of them will explicitly state that they're good for cleaning electronics. Just don't hold the can upside-down when spraying, as that will cause freezing air to come out.
As for the touchpad, compressed air probably won't do much to help. Use a soft damp cloth instead... wipe, then dry.
For both compressed air and for damp cloth, be sure to power down your machine first!

When buying compressed air you get ionized compressed air to avoid a static discharge when the air is released, a static discharge can be as high as a million volts. guess what happens if it finds a place to discharge?

you will possibly desire to purchase the air at place of work depot, place of work mas, superb purchase, Walmart etc. with the aid of how, your fan is going out. The noise you hear is failing fan bearings. it incredibly is overheating because of the fact the fan is working slower than it desires to.
