I hope this doesn't come off as sounding rude but I would imagine someone names tiara as a dumb blond beauty queen. Between the two I would pick Kiara. Just my personal preference but I like names that are more timeless. I'm not a fan of names that are very indicative to when the child was born. i.e. I am 22 and I have about 20 friends named Jennifer, Jenn, or Jenny. There are very few 50 year olds or 2 year olds with that name. Just an example and of course this is your decision and you should take all this advice with a grain of salt. Good luck and best wishes!

I really like Kiara. It sounds lovely when said aloud. I also like Keira or Kira. Definately use Kiara over Tiara, since most people will associate that with the crown. Tiara also does not sound as elegant.

I would go with Kiara..I have a cousin named Zandra Kiara..

and as far as I know Tiara is some kind of a crown but a little smaller.
