just see whether u find a cheap one in pune or in mumbai and just see which one is better
but i whould say go for mumbai

You will not get any electric guitar. 15,000 rs is the cheapest one you could find. In Mumbai search for music shops or instruments shop.

The best one would be more expensive.
You can get it in any music instrument shops.
From USA you may get it a bit cheaper.
