I have heard that all people born under saggittarius is prone to seeing ghosts and other paranormal things... Is this true?

no, nothing to do with your starsign, it's weather your pineal gland is more sensitive to stimuli.

That's more of a Piscean trait to see beyond the veil. Pisces is not well grounded in this reality
Sagittarius is an adept at studying those things though! Sagittarius seeks the metaphysical truths [as well as others]. :P
I am a Sun and Venus Sagittarian.
Honestly, anyone can,m if they open their heart and mind.
I just don't recommend trying for people who have mental illness.
