No. My cat & my dog have been very diplomatic about the issue so far.

I don't snore but my fiance snores obnoxiously and it drives me crazy. I just wear earplugs and then it's usually fine. He has tried a few things to fix it. He uses "BreatheRight" strips and those don't help him after a few days. He also bought something called the "Snore Stopper" which is a device that looks like a wristwatch. When you snore, it detects it and you feel the slightest electrical shock on your wrist (it just feels like a slight vibration and doesn't hurt at all). It tells your body to stop and conditions you not to snore. The first night he used it he was SILENT, and it continued to help him although after awhile he started snoring again, just not as bad as before. He bought it online for about $60, so that's something you could try. Good luck!

I snore when my allergies are bad. My fiance doesn't get to complain, since he snores pretty often and pretty loudly!

I do offer remedies to him...in the form of plugging his nose or rolling him over in his sleep. I'm evil. :-)

Your air supply is being restricted.
Usually due to flesh hanging down and blocking our airway.

You can :

Lose weight (I lost, and this stopped me from snoring as bad)
Use an A-pap

(Get this through a doctor)

or get surgery to get the flesh “fixed”

an old remedy I heard was sewing a ping-pong ball to your pajamas to prevent you from sleeping on your back.. or wearing the pajama top backwards and putting the ball in your pocket.

Good luck

I do, only when I'm beyond exhaustion. My bf tries to sneak out of bed and to the couch, but I can feel him move, so I grab him and tell him I'll stop. Those Breathe Right Strips work for me, they look funny as hell, but they work.
