Well I posted a question earlier but worded it wrong. I'm looking for a product that somehow loosens the top button on a dress shirt so you don't choke yourself. I remember seeing an item that does so which streches about a half inch or more but you can't see any difference when using it. If anyone knows of that product name or has a link please reply and post. Thanks

havent seen them lately but it has a button on one end a closed loop on the other end.
the closed loop works as the button hole going on the original button and the extender button goes into the original button hole.

I guess you have to go on www.google.com and type the word fasteners or alterations and it will pull up all the website that are related to the product that you are searching for. Normally, you can find such things in some formal wear stores like Men's Wearhouse, and places where they do tailor made suits etc. Good luck
