yes it is possible. You still need to install itunes on the other computer. But it would be a good idea to create new playlist that you sync to your ipod with that other computer. as the user above mentioned , make sure you have sync turn off- make sure it is on manual sync.

Yep, install iTunes on that other computer. If you are talking about the computer being "authorized" then you can not use iTunes, from what little I know about all this. You can try a third party software like Media Monkey, that says can copy from and to any iPod on any computer in which Media Monkey is installed.
