Not more than 6 hours a week and not daily. I used to log on every now and then and would get sick if I miss a day but I have weaned myself from it by creating more things to do and getting busy on other things. Your disease can be cured if you want to as any addiction is. It can be impulsive and the craving never stops until you log in even for a few minutes. Just have a daily planner and plan each hour well and keep on reducing the time allocated to Internet and see yourself getting busier with other things totally unrelated to the Internet. Don't let it take hold of you. Good luck!

I used to watch television for hours on end, but now the internet has taken over that time. Usually about 4-6 hours is spent on the internet a day, and that's not counting the time I use it while I'm at work.
