When is the wedding?if its in a few hours..pretend its not there! But if u have more time get salyic patches from medical stores,it will help unless ur allergic.U may also try Garnier's 'Pure Pen' which shrinks pimples within 24hrs.
A home tip is:Mix unrefined wheat flour with a bit of honey and smear it on ur pimples(be sure u'r not allergic to it)..it is an effective zit-zapper n works wonders..flattens zits in a day.

On the day of the wedding, use an oil-free concealer specifically meant for blemishes. If there is any oil on that area at all, the makeup will just slide off. Put on your foundation first, then put on the concealer very gently with either a small lip brush or a sponge. Use a very light touch on the affected area, or you will only end up making it worse. Finish off by applying powder with a blush brush. Do not pick or pop the acne, it will only make the healing process longer and possibily damage your skin.

dab a little bit of regular white toothpaste on them... or some tea tree oil if you have any ..... this will dry out the pimple and it should be gone within the next 24 hours :) hope that helped... have fun at the wedding!xx

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then thirty times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.
Use a hot compress on it (a washcloth, sponge, or anything that will allow you to apply moist heat to the area), and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, rinse it with warm water, blot off the excess water with a clean towel, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.
Here are some of the previous comments I cut and pasted from those who voted it as the best answer, (Copied and pasted as written. Capital letters seen are as originally answered)

Use ice on the spot, the pimple ought to shrink... if it doesn't, use a concealer on it. if nothing works, don't worry about it, just go to the wedding and enjoy yourself.

wear a facial mask to bed. i occasionally wear a mud mask for acne prone skin. but first steam your face and really open those pores-then slather on the mask after patting it dry. it will really suck out dirt and oil and your skin will glow. if you have sensitive skin, i wouldnt go all night. also, good blood circulation is great for your skin along with drinking alot of water. youll glow.
