Ok . .when u say Memory .. i think u mean RAM .. wich is the temprory Memory .. not how much free space u have on your hard Disk ..
to c that :
1- right click on "My Computer"
2- Select Properties.
3- a Window will show .. in the General Tab .. look for somthing like this :
512 MB of RAM
the %12 is the number or memory u have on your PC .. usially comes ither 256 MB, or 512 or 1.024 .. or any number close from these .

Right-Click on "My Computer", and select "Properties".
In the "General" tab (The first one, the one taht is already open), locate the "Computer" Section (The Computer section takes some time to be generated, it starts as empty, and gets filled within few seconds).
This section tells you about your processor, and RAM.
Enjoy ;)

Hit the windows key (between ctrl and alt) and the pause key (top right hand corner of your keyboard) and look at the bottom right hand corner of the window that just opened.
