The only examples I can think of are:

My Fair Lady
Casino Royale (2006)
Cars
All Dogs Go To Heaven 2
Lethal Weapon 3

Any more? I find it interesting that the worst enemies can become the best lovers in the end... :)

You've Got Mail
Mr and Mrs Smith
Pride and Prejudice
Ten things I hate about you

Heaps - because drama is all about conflict - a soapy love story without any strife would put us to sleep before the first act finishes.

I honestly don't think some of the films listed should qualify. Indifference is not the same as hate.

One of my personal favorites where they really do hate each other at first is The Cutting Edge. It's a movie about a failed olympic figure skater and an injured olympic hockey player whose last chances are each other, but who really get off on the wrong foot. Only their lack of options keeps them together. Of course, things change over time...

Anyway, if you haven't seen it give that one a view.

Big Daddy,
It's a perfect example of two people that HATE each other in the beginning and end up falling for each other. It is also one of Adam Sandlers first movies that weren't all out silly. (I like those too, lol)
