Has there ever been a person born who can swim faster than a shark

Hahahaha. No. It's quite impossible to keep up with one, let alone swim faster than it.
Sharks are water creatures, built for a life in the blue. Thus, everything, their muscles, skin, body shape is geared towards survival in the water.
Us Humans, we resemble chimps...and are chimps water creatures? No. Thus, we will never be able to outswim a shark.

no think a shark is to fast here is something some people did not know though all sharks are immune to any diseases on earth from colds aids cancer anything true fact!!!!
