Yes, but it is spam. If you answer it, expect to get into an email conversation with someone who will ask for your bank account number and bank routing number. They'll likely withdraw funds you will never recover.
In other words, DON'T respond to these messages... all the phony lottery winnings, Nigerian millionaire, London charity... they're all scams and out for your money. Hit the DELETE button.

It's not a scam. I totally won, too! I'm just waiting for my check to clear Nigerian customs, and then a guy from the European Lottery Commission will personally call me with a secret Cayman Islands account that I have to transfer money to in order to secure passge for the check. It's amazing. I'm rich, bi-otch!
