There is a Car Drome in Hornchurch. If fact it is the only one google comes up with

£20 to enter (in £1 coins only !!) in your own car, or £20 for an hours instruction in one of their Ford Fiestas. You can stay all day in your car, even leave it there while you go to lunch.
Not too impressed when my daughter had a few lessons to start off there. They never seemed keen to get her out on the road for proper experience.

Don't know that you mean by "cardroms". However, if you want to learn to drive, try "Driving Schools" or "Driving Instructors" in Yellow Pages.
