Most definitely, you can do MBA or something in which you can use your IT knowledge coupled with the management and operation skills that you pick up there. The master's should compliment your bachelor's or vice versa depending on which career you want to pursue..suppose you want to work as a management guy, then IT should be a complimenting field for MBA. If you want to be a Project leader in an IT firm, then you have to emphasize on IT and MBA should compliment it. I am a Science graduate with a Master's in Law. I work in Environment Law. The science background helps me understand what the environmentalist mean when they are talking about something and how I can interpret it in a legal term and so on...I hope this helps.
Good luck
