Here are the best that I know of:
1. White Rock Hotel Resort. I've stayed here a few times. They're okay. Three-star hotel. About 5-8 minutes away (by car) from SBMA. I've listed the website so you can check if that's the place for you.

2. Another good one is Camayan Wharf Beach Resort located right beside Ocean Adventure Park on West Ilanin Forest Area. It's peaceful here (at least, when I stayed there it was) and they've got a massage area and an affordable restaurant. Sorry, I don't know the website for this one.

3. Mountain Woods Resort Hotel located at West Kalayaan Heights, Subic Bay Freeport. Only 3 minutes away (by car) from the Royal Duty Free Shopping Center. There's photo gallery on the website that you can check out.

4. The Subic International Hotel is a 300-room hotel, covering four world-class buildings and offers specialty restaurants featuring Continental and Chinese Cuisine and Amenities. By the way, rates are subject to 10% service charge.
This is a really nice place but perhaps too expensive for me at prices ranging from $75 to $150 a night. Try to ask if they have a promo going on though.

Actually there aren't that many nice hotels in subic most of them are 3 star. But the Grand Seasons hotel in quite good another nice hotel in the Camayan beach resort. Also a good place to listen to live bands at night is The Pier restaurant and bar they have a good band/comedy act on the weekends from 8pm.

i have no idea but in MANILA there is a NICE one called Axford Sweet!
