I like Kaukana port wine cheese on crackers and juice or hot chocolate. Fills the tummy, good to the taste buds and makes me ready to sleep.

Fruits & salads are good.....

Keep it light....you don't want to eat something heavy before going to sleep.

If you're not concerned about dieting....eat a TV dinner....or maybe a sandwich.....

Eat a light cream soup especially cream of chicken with some crackers. It will help you sleep.

some tea (or coffee) and banana bread, or something else warm and sweet. also, if i'm really hungry, i love sourdough sandwiches of any kind, and maybe an apple.

i just ate a meatball hot pocket and its 2:22am... and now i have heart burn... so maybe you should stay away from that? but i found it to be very very tasty!!
