im a teacher and i look for images for my students, in the net i only found pictures of bugs take it with electron microscop

This site listed under the source shows some atomic and even some subatomic images, using SEMs and AFMs. I am not sure if these are the smallest imagesd structures. IBM has done some remarkable nanoscale writing with AFM tips.
