Momentum has both magnitude and direction.

If a body is in circular motion the speed may be a constant, but the direction is continuously changing.

The force acts perpendicular to the speed and is proportional to the square of the velocity (v v ).

Answer is (c).

If m = mass of the object, Wi = initial angular velocity of the object and Wf = final angular velocity of the object at the end of the time period 't' considered,
then Rate of change of momentum = (mWi - mWf)/t = 0 ,as mWi = mWf. (Linear velocity V is Wr where r is the radius of the circle.For contant V, W is also constant)
