Take as many practice tests as possible. You should start to notice patterns. The same types of questions will pop up, letting you answer faster and more accurately.

I'd also do a test run to the testing site on the same day of the week and time. Lets you know what kind of traffic to expect. Helps tackle any last minute stress you might get from the drive to the test site.

Get a good nights sleep the night before, the week before if possible, eat a good breakfast the morning of test, listen to Beethoven before going to school. Relax and try to enjoy the test.
And do not waste time on one difficult question, move on and if you finish in the time alloted, go back to that question.
