where to find BEST grad dresses?

Where can I find the best grad dresses in VANCOUVER, BC. I'm looking for stores, (not online) anywhere in the area. I'm looking for any stores which carry elegant/pretty dresses that are branded.

I'm not from BC but I would guess you could look up a formal or bridal store and find something beautiful. Good luck.
