It is postulated that there may be prostrate problems, though there is no real evidence to support it. People who've had the snip are effectively in a similar boat, their balls are constantly trying to fill up with sperm, the excess just dies and gets absorbed. You can find the prostrate filling up though, and this can theoretically cause problems, though it's not proven.

I myself have no problem with chastity whatsoever. It is simple to me because I am in celibacy, and I do not experience a lust/desire to masturbate because, once again, it is simple when you have a sober, healthy, religion-free consciousness and mind.
In other words, it all depends who is in charge of your personal identity. If you are brain-washed by religious virus, then your brains must obviously be restrained by your genitalia.

Religion induces a lust and a sense of guilt to your consciousness, while sober mind endorses critically rational reasoning, integrity of mind, and wonder. And, to return to my earlier mentioned point, NO, there are no proved health issues in male chastity.
