my pc is not being to able to recognise my mobile nokia 6670 when i am connecting to it. So what should I do ?

I have already installed nokia pc suite for nokia 6670 on my pc but still I am getting the message "new hardware found" and then my pc is not being able to install new hardware. So I am not being able to file transfer and all other functionallity.
