Yes, David Soul and Paul Michael Glaser from the 1970's TV series are still alive. In fact, they both had cameo roles in the recent "Starsky and Hutch" movie.
And, to cover all bases, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson from the movie less than 2 years ago are still alive.

Yes. They were both in the recent movie by the same name. They were the 2 guys at the end of the movie that gave Ben Stiller the keys to the Ford Gran Torino (that looked just like the one that Ben Stiller wrecked earlier in the movie).
