To tell the truth I like watching new films on a big screen in the cinemas. But sometime I regret wasting money for nothing films which doesn't cost any pound for watching it. So now I feel a bit difficulties to write the worst film I have ever watched as they are a great deal. I think movies must be very interesting and touching and never forgettable. But most films are similar to each other. So I suggest you to read a review of movie before going or buying a definite film

Without exception Battlefield Earth. It is THE worst movie ever made. It is two hours of my life I can never get back and I blame my ex-boyfriend for it. I cannot imagine why this movie made it into theatres, the only reason I can come up with is John Travolta was behind on his Scientology dues and did this to rectify his account. It makes Mariah Carey's Glitter look like a work of cinematic genius. The only good thing that came from the experience is that I now have a new measuring stick with which to guage all other movies.

Well, you all have listed some pretty darned bad movies, but most of them have one thing in common: average or better production values.

There's a movie I had the extreme misfortune of watching that has bad acting, bad writing, bad directing, bad editing, bad lighting, bad music... basically, bad everything. NO redeeming value at all. Not even so bad its humorous (like most things you see on MST3K). Total crap all around. It was called Skullduggery, released in 1983.

I kid you not, there is no movie I have seen (and as a movie fan and former newspaper film reviewer I've seen a lot) that comes even close to the total and utter garbage that is this film. And I'm far from alone. Read the reviews on IMDB.com, and you'll find an almost total agreement on this film, a true rarity. Except for one poor lost soul who thinks it's "artistic" and "symbolic", it is univerally reviled by those who posted.

If you don't believe me about how bad this film is, and go find it and view it yourself, remember, I warned you, so don't go blaming me for any trauma you might suffer. Avoid this film at all costs!

Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen- I remember going: What was Disney thinking? This crap isn't even worth a DCOM. Is this some sort of musical with absolutely no plot whatsoever? And High School Musical sounds lame now since the craze has passed- everyone's trying to get rid of the cds and dvds they bought.

My gosh there are so many pieces of crap...
Robot Monster is as horrible a film as I can remember, but it at least made me laugh...
Jaws 4 and Deep Blue Sea - I wish the shark would have killed all the actors, the writers, directors and everyone else involved in that mess
Battleship Earth - UGH, the vile is starting to rise to my throat at the memory of a bloated John Travolta...
Glitter - Mariah Carey has a killer body - within 10 minutes I forgot about her body and realized she has NO - ZERO - ZIP - acting ability whatsoever
Billy Jack goes to Washington/On Deadly Ground - enough said....
The list goes on and on and on and on....

My 2 all time worst:

Post Cards from the Edge.

It was the only time in my entire life that I have ever walked out of a movie theatre. It was horrible, overrated and horrible. I finally finished watching it when it came on cable and it was still horrible and boring.

AND

Lost in Translation

Ohmygoodness, why did everyone make such a big deal about this film?! It was so damn uninteresting. I had to slap myself to stay awake. I shackled my hands to keep from turning it off and watching Joe Dirt. I kept a flask of ammonia under my nose so that each time I nodded off the stinging smell of it would burn my sensitive nosehairs and jerk me to consciousness. So Soooo overrated!

I always thought that Plan 9 From Outer Space was the worst of all time until I saw Benchwarmers.
