Im 17,And am just finishing up a book that ive been writing for a few years now. My dream is to get it published,But im wondering if i really even have a chance? Also,will it be a huge disadvantage to be young? Thanks for all your help! (Also,ANY info on getting published would be a HUGE help,Thanks!!)

If it's any good it will be published. Gordon Korman published several sucessful books in his teens. Most people will never realize this dream. You might as well try.

it all depends on how good youre book is and how motivated you are to push it foward even if some publishers tell you its not any good
the author of eragon (forgot his name) wrote it in his teens and plublished it when he was around your age

Actually, if it is any good at all people will be impressed that you did it at such a young age. You get a tiny bit of leeway.

Yea. Everyone will dis you because your skills aren't "sophisticated enough" trust me.
