Can you suggest me a nice, clean and cozy pension or rooming house in Amsterdam please?

My husband, two children (11 & 8) and I want to travel to Amsterdam in April and are looking for a nice, clean and cozy pension or rooming house for 6-7 nights. We don't ming about breakfast, as long as we can have hot water and a fridge in the room, but we can do even without them. Any ideas please?
If there is not such type of accommodation, could you suggest a low budget hotel but close to the center please? Thank you!

I hear Bed&Breakfast Amsterdam is very nice. It's a small B&B very accommodating and clean. Use of a communal fridge is included.
