Well, my best friend is my fiancee, so yeah, I woud share it with him.

No, I would not split it with the best friend, but would probably pay off their bills and buy them a home and new car, or I might even give them one million. I would do the same with my kids and in laws, and put probably 2 million into trust funds for all five kids. After paying off my bills, building my dream home, buying new vehicles and whatever else I wanted, I would invest 75% of what is left, and put the other 25% of what is left into bank and live off the interest.

Nope. I'd sport him some cash now and then or like take care of a couple of his bills every month but there's no way I'd split it with anyone. As it is, everyone and their brother/sister is gonna be coming to ya for cash. Family, friends, distant relatives, acquaintances, people you don't even know, if you start opening up the wallet and tossing a few mil to your bro, you're screwed from the beginning.

First thing I would do is take care of family first,then YES i would split with my best friend cuz I am married to my best friend!!!

No, but I will give her all the nice stuff she wants that she couldn't afford. Probably a sport car. She will not be forgotten.
