I have a good chance of being pregnant since I have many symptoms and I will find out for sure tomorrow. (if I am, I am 4-5 weeks)
What concerns me is that I started bleeding lightly this morning after having intercourse. At first, it was very small amount and pink/light red blood. Then this afternoon, it started getting heavier (but still not heavy as normal period) and hasn't gone away. I also noticed that lower left abdomin and lower left side and back are aching pretty bad. when I wiped after using the bathroom, I noticed little pieces of tissues(i assume) on the toilet paper. I also had to go to bathroom for #2 for 3 times and the last one was diahhrea. Now I feel hungry and a little nauseous... and freaked out!
If I am pregnant, it wasn't planned but I wouldn't want to have a miscarriage. I am very scared that it might be miscarriage because I am experiencing pain and light bleeding with tissues. =( I was wondering if anyone has any idea what I might be going through?

By the way, I'm 23, just got off birth control pill a month ago and used to have regular menstrual cycle due to birth control. My period is more than a week late.

You should go to the doctor straight away (if possible)
and preferable a GOOD one, who has experience and possible a referral from someone you respect (if you don't already have a great doctor).
The "tissue pieces" that you found on the toilet paper could be extra secretions that happen when you are newly pregnant, and if you are bleeding you need to rest, and not lift anything heavier than your keys!
Almost the exact thing happened when I was first pregnant and I also freaked out went to the doctor (I was new in the area so a new and untried doctor told me everything was fine and to go back to work,;this was after telling her I worked in a very heavy lifting job, I couldn't believe what she was telling me !) so I managed to see a doctor who was an OBGYN for 20 years but recent retired to GP.
The first 3 months of pregnancy are the most 'dangerous' for problems especially miscarriages, (so most doctors are unwilling to take on pregnant women because they may be blamed for something that they in fact had no control over) but the best thing to do is rest, TRY and relax , look after yourself, and get as much information as you can!
PS I now have lovely beautiful little 6 month old boy, so I hope for the best for you!
PPS I was just the same with regular cycle (you could set a clock by me) and I had only gone off the pill the week before I got pregnant and we were told, No It Wouldn't Happen for at least 3 months, so we were planning ahead but surprise surprise!!. Life is a wonderful thing!!

You were probably not even pregnant to begin with.
You will experience irregular periods and bleeding for a while after you stop your pills until your hormones regulate. The chunks you see is also normal after stopping taking the pill.
It is possible but VERY unlikely that you are having a miscarraige, but if so, you would be bleeding pretty heavily. A test will tell you if you were pregnant even a week or so after miscarraige, the HcG hormones will still be in your system.
Sounds to me you are just experiencing irregularity due to coming off birth control.
It is pretty much impossible to get pregnant right after you stop takingg the pill nyway because it takes a while for it to get out of your system, some people usually takes months or even years to get pregnant after stopping the pill.

Cramping is normal - it could be implantation cramping. Are you hydrated? That's the only reason that I found out I was pregnant was because I was having cramps, and never had them before. I went to the doctor, they did the pregnancy test, and told me to drink more water. This helped 100%! And will help through the rest of your pregnancy. If the cramping comes back, call your doctor ASAP and tell him/her the same thing you wrote above. Good luck!

Contact your GP or Doctor asap and get it checked out as soon as you can.
Don't be freaked out by what is happening just make sure you see the doctor to see what is going on.
The most important thing right now is your health and if you are pregnant your unborn child as well.
So first things first doctor right away if you are able to today do it right now

call your doctor ASAP, or go to an emergency room. It could be nothing, but it could be something serious (God forbid!).
