As often as I can. Staying out of your comfort zone means you are willing to experience new things, learn new things and that being vulnerable doesn't scare you. Taking risks is better than waiting for things to come easily.

Right now in my life I don't stay out of my comfort zone much at all. I have college classes starting back up next week so I will be out of my zone probably 10 hours out of the week. If I were working it would probably be more since I usually don't like my job~

What comfort zone?

I tell the truth. That is uncomfortable.

I probably should tell less truth but that is uncomfortable as well.

I am damed if I do and damned if I don't.

So I don't have a comfort zone, at least not in most people's opinion of a comfort zone.

My comfort is in knowing that I am myself and that is a good thing. (Say's who?)

Like I said, perhaps I tell too much of the truth.

Que the cheesy inspirational music: "Can you feel the love tonight...."

Hard to be in a comfort zone in a war zone. We are in a war on terror but the terrorists are not in the middle east they are right here running our country! Watch this documentary and stand up and fight people! Its amazing watch the whole thing to know the truth about 9/11.

Not often at all. I am a creature of habit. I rarely leave my comfort zone.

all the time, the only thing i fear is NOT doing something, so i jump headlong into new experiences before i have time to back out. it comes of as brave to everyone else, when it's actually motivated by blind terror!
