Someone told me that this was possible, but I am pretty skeptical that it actually happens, since I've never done it or seen another person do it.

I thought it was a common term. To put it bluntly "Racked" = pretty much anytime the groin and associated parts get hurt... women are mostly immune to it, I think.

You're DANG right I did. It wasn't into a pool though. My best friend growing up living right on the bay, well the dock directly across the bay from his was REALLY high up and we loved to jump off it all day long. Well one day we were doing it and sure enough I jumped off and hit pretty awkwardly and to this day dude I remember my "boys" hurt for the rest of the day. It was probably 20' up though. Water can be a really great landing spot but from the right height and landing at the right angle, it can be very unforgiving.

You'd have to be on like a high dive or something to do it in a pool. Although I guess you could be like really swollen or something down there and jump into a pool a have it rack ya.

P.S. I nearly drowned when I landed. I hit and the pain immediately rushed through my groin and I took a huge breath of salt water.

I imagine if you land just wrong it could be just like a "belly flop". I don't know what it feel like to be racked but I do know what a belly flop is and I would not recommend them. You can also get what I call a "high dive enema". . . .most commonly from water parks coming off of a really fast slide and the water shoots up your wazoo. Instant colon cleanse.
