how can i find coordinates of a landmark with compass

first of all you don't find anything witha compass. All a compass can do is point you in the right direction and with out a map or knowlege of the surounding area your screwed. Get a map, You'll find the cooridnates on there.

Compass is not useful to find coordinates on earth. The easiest method to find coordinates of a landmark is using a Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment.

You don't. A compass can only give you a bearing to the object, and once located, you must find it on a map with a grid projection to define the coordinates. It is also possible to compute the location from two known points, but it is not easy. About the easiet way I know is find it on google earth, and you will be given coordinates..
